Tom, Diane, John and Karen have nearly finished their video conference. Read the conversation and watch the video. When is their next video conference?
John: So, have we covered everything today?
Diane: Yes. I think that covers everything.
John: So to recap, I’m going to tell the head of the Accounting department here that some of his experts must be flown to London for a few weeks.
Karen: And I’ll check which of our IT specialists can be sent to you as well.
Diane: Fantastic! With this solution I really think the accounting systems will be integrated on time.
John: Great! Would it be possible to have someone arrange the hotels and security passes for our team?
Diane: No problem. My PA, Jasmine, will handle that.
John: Ah yes, Jasmine! So, when should we next meet?
Tom: When is a good time for you? John: OK, let me check my schedule. Ah, how is this time Thursday next week for you?
Diane: That’s good for me.
Tom: Me, too.
Karen: And me!
Tom: Should I send invitations and set up the video conference?
John: Ah, yes, thanks Tom, that would be great. So, we’ll be in touchsoon. And next week, Diane, we must discuss the senior management conference.
Diane: Excellent idea. I look forward to it. Bye then!
Tom: See you next week then.
Karen: Bye.
John: Take care!
