John:
Well, I think our system has crashed! We can’t see anything!
Karen:
Oh, I don’t understand. When I click on the start button, nothing happens.
John:
Sorry to keep you waiting, Diane. Karen can’t work this thing and I don’t know what to do either.
Karen:
I think I need to call a technician. Hold ona minute!
Diane:
